HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, announces the launch of a new entry-level smartphone in Nepal today – the Nokia C3. Priced at NPR. 12,499, the smartphone packs a 5.99-inch HD+ display and runs Android 10 out of the box. The Finnish company has also introduced the Nokia 5.3 in Nepal for a price tag of NPR. 23,499.

HMD Global’s Nokia C3 is made up of polycarbonate shell to take on the everyday bumps and knocks of life. The smartphone boasts a 5.99-inch HD+ IPS display with toughed glass protection.
Powered by an octa-processor clocked at 1.6GHz that’s likely a part of the Unisoc SC9863 SoC, the Nokia C3 has 2/3GB RAM and 16/32GB storage on board, with a dedicated slot for a microSD card that allows storage expansion by up to 128GB.
For photography, the Nokia C3 comes with just two cameras – a 5MP (f/2.4) snapper on the front and an 8MP (f/2.0) shooter on the back with LED flash support, accompanied by a biometric fingerprint sensor.
